For Claro’s first campaign using multi-channel media directly through DM9 (across platforms like YouTube and TV Globo) we needed a concept that would quickly connect with customers and deliver a clear offer in under 15 seconds. Our creative starting point? That unmistakable feeling of unboxing a brand-new phone: the flawless screen, the scratch-free camera, the battery at 100%. Because honestly… who doesn’t love getting a new phone?
